better. is a free food macros tracker that provides:
- AI-assisted meal analysis and nutrition estimation
- calorie, macronutrient, and 80+ nutrient tracking
- diet planning and goal setting
- integration with Apple HealthKit and iCloud
- progress tracking, insights, and patterns
- smart reminders and a craving SOS toolkit
you must be at least 17 years old to use better. by using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
better. is free and supported by advertising. there is no in-app purchase, no subscription, and no paid tier. all features are available at no cost.
Advertising
the free app shows advertisements delivered by Google AdMob. with your consent (via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, and the Google User Messaging Platform consent form for EEA / UK / Switzerland users), ads may be personalized based on the device advertising identifier. without consent, ads remain non-personalized and contextual.
you can review and change your advertising preferences any time from Settings → Ad preferences inside the app.
Sign in with Apple
better. uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. you are responsible for the security of your Apple ID.
Guest use
you may use better. without signing in. your data will then be stored locally only and will not sync across devices.
you agree not to:
- use the app for any illegal purpose
- attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the app
- circumvent any security features
- interfere with the app's operation
- share your account with others
the nutritional information provided is an estimate and may not be accurate. always consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, especially if you have any medical conditions.
do not use better. as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
better. and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by BSB Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app without our written consent.
your use of better. is also governed by our privacy policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
- accuracy of nutritional data
we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BSB APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- loss of profits or data
- health-related damages
- device damage
our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app in the past 12 months.
we reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. we will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
we may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately. sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability will survive termination.
these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
